At CH MASTERING, every project is approached with precision, sensitivity, and respect for the artist’s intent.

Our process is built on communication and service — open feedback, transparency, and reliable turnaround.

All masters are delivered to current loudness and format standards across streaming, CD, and vinyl.
Online mastering suits singles, remixes, and smaller projects that need efficiency without compromise in quality.
Each master is handled personally, reviewed in multiple listening environments, and finalized for release.

Every project is unique — it deserves focus and a dedicated touch.
We approach each work with open ears, flexibility, and a musician’s mindset.

+ Mastering is teamwork: a dialogue built on trust and shared intention.

Daniel Constantin

Daniel Constantin is a Swiss mastering and recording engineer, specialising in acoustic genres such as classical, jazz, folk, and contemporary music.

+ Learned the mastering craft with Wolfgang Rüfenacht, Jean-Claude Gaberel, F. Tischmeyer
+ Studied at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK)
+ Worked 7+ years as sound engineer - Paul&Henri Carnal Hall
+ Working 12+ years at ImagoMusica – Images & Son
+ Member of the VDT (Verband Deutscher Tonmeister)

His approach combines technical precision, musical sensitivity, and a deep respect for artistic intent, shaped by years spent recording and mastering acoustic music — from early music repertoire to contemporary, jazz, experimental noise and electroacoustic creations.

Mastering is the art of minimalism.

It begins with listening — not only to the music, but to the artist behind it.
It’s built on dialogue, trust, and shared understanding.

When the artist’s intention is truly heard, emotion flows naturally, and the music speaks for itself. It begins with an intuition — and ends with an evidence.
And quite often, mastering becomes nothing more than a precaution.

A mastering room is more than a space — it’s an instrument.

At CH MASTERING, every element is crafted for precision work. The monitoring system features custom three-way loudspeakers designed by Jean-Claude Gaberel, who also conceived the room’s acoustic architecture. This synergy provides linearity, detail, and spatial coherence, ensuring reliable and consistent translation — allowing immediate, in depth precise work on every project. Our analog chain combines carefully selected gear from Dutch Audio, Millennia, Weiss Engineering, GML, and Elysia, alongside custom-built tube units tuned to our own standards.

High-resolution analog loop capture up to 384 kHz DXD and DSD512 preserves the full integrity of the analog path. Everything here serves a single purpose: to let the music flow.
